Coatomi (コト美) is a coat who gets passed to many wearers for being pursued by a mannequin.
Biography[]
It spent everyday worn by a mannequin, stuck in a window display in a rundown shop district. As a result, they formed a friendship and hoped to stay together forever, but the shop eventually went out of business and they were separated. It wound up getting sold to a second-hand market and got bought, but the mannequin who was called Maneko showed up scaring its owner who then cheaply resold it. And as Maneko continues to follow Coatomi, it constantly got passed from one owner to another. Rika, being the last to buy that coat, sought Rinne, who put a Tsukumogami seal on it to hear its story, and Sakura agreed to wear it to lure the mannequin. Upon showing up, Caotomi tried to attack it with a metal bat but Rinne stopped it, and Maneko reveals that it wanted to tell the coat that there was a pin stuck in its collar. With the pin removed, Maneko turns to leave, but Coatomi cries out and leaps on the mannequin's back, hugging it and apologizing, allowing Maneko's soul to pass on. The coat would then be worn again by Rika.
