The Fireworks Seller (花火屋さん Hanabiyasan) is a resident of Kyoukai, who sells fireworks and firecrackers.
Biography[]
His store was ruined by Masato who, instead of paying for the firecrackers he ordered, threw a firework inside and set up a chain reaction as a distraction while he ran away. When Rinne brings Masato back, he puts a firework on Masato's back for revenge.

He has rounded bomb for a head.

- The design of his head bomb looks identical to the Happo Daikarin from Ranma 1/2.
