Biography[]
He offered magical mechanical pencils to students (including Rika), that can make them smarter. But once these students use that pencil and get a perfect score on a test, they are lured away and forced to work in his workshop, building more pencils. Rinne and Ageha found his hideout by following him, and Rinne subdued him and his look-likes all by himself and brought the students back to the living work.
